Greetings KH.

Well, scapula is located at the upper part of the back (shoulder). It's also known as the shoulder blade.

I slipped my lumbar disc 4 & 5 which is located at the bottom (near hip). I've been on physiotherapy for the past few months and my back is feeling better now.

So according to the doctor, it may not be a problem for me to do Archery as it doesn't involve my lumbar and my condition is getting better. Thanks for your concern KH. =)

regards,
ali

OK, I know where it is. It's just that you didn't mentioned initially which disc, that is why I generalized my statement. Anyway, I have seen others who have sprained their back even though they didn't have any slipped disc problem. Probably due to the wrong form used when shooting. Happy shooting!

Wah, cabut lari ah? It's as if ur saying i'm a refugee who killed someone. XD. Anyway, i've already moved to KL for my further studies and during my time in Sabah, there wasn't enough time for me to try archery because of my SPM examination. I'm still interested in archery and would like a recurve instead of compund. That's where the real skills are. I've tasted my first shooting at Sunway pyramid's mini archery range. You could say i'm kinda acdicted though i could use some practice. Any archey range u guys could recommend for a noob? I'm currently studying close to pwtc but i visit my brother who's in subang almost every weekend

Thx!!

Come to the Keramat MSN Range. WIRA members shoot there. Sat and Sun will be quite packed with archers. Weekdays, we are not allowed to shoot by the Penyelia.

WIRA is now recruiting new members for 2009. There's still time.

The history of life on earth has been a history of interaction between living things and their surroundings. To a large extent, the physical form and the habits of the earth's vegetation and its animal life have been molded by the environment. Considering the whole span of earthly time, the opposite effect, in which life actually modifies its surroundings, has been relatively slight. Only in the present century has one species--man acquired significant power to alter the nature of his world.
replica sunglasses,
During the past quarter century this power has not only become increasingly great but it has changed in character.replica sunglasses The most alarming of all man's assaults upon the environment is the contaminatien of air, earth, rivers, and sea with dangerous and even lethal materials. This pollution is for the most part irrecoverable. In this now universal contamination of the environment, chemicals are the sinister partners of radiation in changing the very nature of the world, the very nature of its
life.
age of conan gold,
It took hundreds of millions of years to produce the life that now inhabits the earth. age of conan gold Given time not in years but in millennia life adjusts, and a balance has been reached. But in the modern world there is no time.
age of conan power leveling,
It is not my contention that chemical insecticides must never be used.age of conan power leveling  I do contend that we have put poisonous and biologically potent chemicals indiscriminately into the hands of persons largely
aion gold,
or wholly ignorant of their potentials for harm.aion gold  We have subjected enormous numbers of people to contact with these poisons, without their consent and often without their knowledge. I contend, furthermore, that we have allowed these chemicals to be used with little or no advance investigation of their effect on soil, water, wildlife, and man himself. Future generations are unlikely to forgive our lack of concern for the integrity of the natural world that supports all life.
maple story mesos,
The most pressing problem created by the rapid increase in population is a shortage of food.maple story mesos  More mouths have to be fed every year and yet a high proportion of the existing population are not getting enough of the right kind of food. Over the past two years the total amount of food has decreased, and of course the total amount of food per person has decreased even more sharply.
world of warcraft power leveling,
More and more of the babies born in developing countries have been surviving infancy, world of warcraft power leveling and now nearly half the people living in those countries are under the age of 15. The adults have to work harder than ever to provide for the needs of the children, who cannot contribute to the economy until they are older. There is a shortage of schools and teachers, and there are not enough hospitals, doctors and nurses. Farming land is becoming scarce,so country people are moving to the towns and cities in the hope of finding a better standard of living. But the cities have not been able to provide housing, and the newcomers live in crowded slums. Finally, there are too few jobs, and unemployment leads to further poverty.

Shortly cheap wow gold, after my parents moved from Pennsylvania to a remote rural area of Ohio near the Kentucky border£¬ they began noticing dark areas of grass in the shape of circles. I saw one myself once when I visited them and teased that it looked as though a UFO had landed there. It would fade away and another would appear somewhere else some time later. One time a friend visited them and they showed them the odd circles of dark grass. The friend told them they are fairy rings. My mother went to the library to see what she could find on fairy rings and learned that folklore tells that if you stand in the center of a fairy ring at midnight during a full moon and make a wish£¬ it will come cheap wow gold true.
Some time Eve isk, later£¬ a new fairy ring appeared just a few yards from her house. (All the others had been out in the pasture.) There would be a full moon in a few days so she decided to see if the folklore tale was true. During the day she put a bucket in the middle of the ring so she could easily find the center at midnight. The night of the full moon she went to the bucket at midnight and made a wish. Within just a few short months her wish came Eve isk true.
My parents ffxi gil,had bought this property (140 acres surrounded on three sides by state game lands) and built a new home there so it pretty much depleted all of their savings. There was still so much that they dreamed of having there£¬ but would not be able to do on my father¡¯s pension. My mother¡¯s wish was simply to have all the things they wanted for the property. One of those things was roads to the remote areas. Another was to have a garage and a third dream was to have a small lake on the ffxi gil property.
Soon wow power leveling, afterward£¬ a company contacted them that was interested in some of the lumber on their property. They would pay for what they forested and promised not to rape the land that my parents loved so much. In order to get to the more remote areas for the trees they wanted to take they had to put in wow power leveling roads.
One day buy wow gold, my mother was talking to one of the owners of the company. He was telling my mother what beautiful property she had and what potential it had. He seemed to have developed a special fondness for my tiny 78 year old mother£¬ and talked to her quite often during the month or so that they were there. My mother told him about her dream of a lake and he told her they had the equipment to do it and they would do it for her for no charge. They dug a deep and wide area out behind the first meadow and diverted water from a creek into it. My brother stocked it with fish and turtles buy wow gold abound.
With the money wow power leveling, they made from the sale of the trees they put up a three-stall garage. Some people may say that those things would have occurred anyway even if my mother hadn¡¯t gone out into the yard at midnight during a full moon to make a wish. I guess we will never know. But another occurrence after that only strengthened my belief in fairies. Maybe sometime I will tell you a story of the fairy wow power leveling designers pictures.
